 Shipping Time

Orders are sent out every week day and while we do our best to get your goodies to you as soon as humanly possible and use the quickest and most reliable delivery method, we cannot be responsible for the delivery time-frame of your order.  To be on the safe side please allow a week for your order to arrive.  If you have a deadline that you need your order for please let us know, usually we can make it happen.  All orders sent to a New Zealand address are tracked so please supply us with your email address and phone number so we can supply you with tracking details for your delivery

 Your Details

Please make sure all of your details provided are correct. If there is a problem with your order because of incorrect details, we will try to rectify the problem, but we can not be held accountable for losses

Returns

We offer a 30 day return window. No returns are permitted after 30 days from the date of purchase. Cosmetics, wigs, earrings, hats, hosiery, bathing suits or intimate wear are not returnable for health reasons. Shipping expenses are not refundable unless Retro America messed up. In that case,we will reimburse you for the shipping to and from

If you are returning an item, this is what you need to do:
★ Contact us via email or our website, and provide us with full details of the items you are returning and why you are returning them. Wait for return approval
★ Once approved, wrap the item(s) up and get them into a nice secure package

★ Please ensure the items are suitaby protected, this should be easy as they will have been protected when they were sent you so you should be able to reuse that packaging
★ Take it to your shipper of choice and ensure the parcel is tracked. For your own benefit we recommend that you insure the parcel and request a delivery confirmation. This may cost you an extra buck or so, but it'll be worth it to you if it gets lost!  Include a note with your full name, address, phone number, email address, what you're returning and why and most importantly what you'd like to exchange the item for - please provide us with full details of the item; size, color etc. 

You will NOT receive any hassle from us as long as your return is in ORIGINAL condition.  It's sad to even have to say this, but original condition means: shoes AND shoe box in original condition, garment tags must still be intact, no deodorant stains, dirt, animal hair, colognes, perfumes, lotions, body grease, makeup, bodily excretions, cigarette smoke or foul smells must emit from the pristine package you initially received! And please do not wash it and expect a refund, we've been at this a long time and we know what a new one looks like

In the event that a Retro America product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Retro America reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Retro America reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and paid for. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Retro America will issue a credit, usually via the method used to pay for the original order
If there is an error in the description of an item resulting in the item being inaccurately described and as a result the product is unsuitable for the customer, Retro America will happily accept the product return for either an exchange, store credit or a refund and Retro America will cover the cost of the courier both to and from

All products sold by Retro America are sold on as as-is basis, if there is a warranty it will be communicated along the the product description. Having said this, we describe all products as best we can are are only to happy to return any product that has been inaccurately described or is faulty and because we are just plain lovely we are happy to work with you to return items in most other situations too - we know, we rock

No product on this website is covered by a warranty, if it is ,you'll know (we'll tell you in the product information) however cause we kickass and we stand by our kickass products we are happy to work worth you if, on the very rare occasion, you have an issue of any kind, but if you've got this far through the fine print you know this already
